Recruiting Coordinator (Direct Hire) – Working for a leading recruiting firm, located near Downtown. Minimum three years of Land Administrator experience to include working knowledge of transfers, conveyance, title opinions, and curative instruments and proficiency in MS Excel are required. Bachelor’s degree; proficiency in MS Word, Access, P2, BOLO, Quorum, ArcGIS, and coding languages (VBA, SQL, R, Python) are preferred.

Accountant (Direct Hire) – Working for a CPA firm, located in the Galleria area, reporting to the Accounting Manager. Minimum two years of accountant experience; bachelor’s degree in accounting; and strong Excel skills are required. A CPA and public accounting experience are preferred.

Customer Service/Inside Sales Rep/Logistics(Temp-to-Hire) – Working for a chemical company, located in West Houston, to support their wax and process oil clients globally. Minimum two years of customer service, logistics or inside sales experience; and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and an ERP system are required. Proficiency in JD Edwards Enterprise One; chemical industry experience; knowledge of export transactions; and bilingual in Spanish or German are preferred.

Minimum two years of HR experience to include payroll; and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS are required. Proficiency in Ceridian Dayforce and experience in benefits administration and immigration are preferred.

Minimum fifteen years of experience; and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook are required. HR Manager (Temp To Hire) – Working for an oil and gas company, located Downtown, to support sixty employees plus fifteen contractors and report to the General Counsel. Minimum five years of HR management experience; and proficiency in MS Office are required.
